Some of the articles may contains words that those outside of the engineering world might not be too familiar with. Here are the words that are used throughout this issue.
91 . Holes
A hole in semiconductor physics refers to the "abscense of an electron." It is an imaginary particle with charge equal but opposite that of an electron. Holes are used to simplify the analysis of the movement of a large number of electrons. .

92 . Holographic
Hologram: A three-dimensional image reproduced from a pattern of interference produced by a split coherent beam of radiation (as a laser).

93 . Homogenous
An engine type where fuel is introduced to the chamber via a simple port. The fuel then diffuses with oxygen to create a homogenous mixture, ready for combustion.

Describes tissue taken taken from a human to be transplanted into another person.

Incapable of dissolving in water.

96 . Hydroxylapatite
A bioactive substance which is widely used in the construction of modern ossicular replacements.

97 . Hyperbaric
At a pressure avobe that of the atmosphere.
