A branch of astronomy that deals with the origin, structure, and space-time relationships of the universe.

47 . Cross-links
Chemical bonds that add both strength and stability to polymers and molecules. Intramolecular cross-links are formed between the chains of an individual polymer or molecule. Intermolecular cross-links occur between two or more polymers or molecules.

48 . Cut and Cover
The tunneling method by which a trench of desired diameter is cut in the earth then covered with a roof. This method generally requires the use of supports in order to avoid tunnel collapse and is not used for deep tunnels.
